This is LA HECHICERA rum beautifully matured in the rich history of white oak casks that were full to the brim with the finest muscat wine.
A forgotten experiment providentially remembered !
Twelve years into his rum venture, Miguel Riascos Sr. filled sixteen barrels of rum with his favourite wine to see what could happen. He forgot all about it. Another twelve years later, while running a disciplined inventory, his son Miguel Riascos Jr. came upon the barrels to find they harboured spectacular wine bursting with notes of walnut, prunes and leather after maturing in the relentless heat of Barranquilla. He then emptied the barrels, filled them with rum aged 12 to 21 years and waited several more months to create this delectable finish.

15ml Freshly squeezed Lime Juice
20ml Gomme syrup
1 thyme sprig
5-6 raspberries
Soda Water
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients except soda in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a tumbler over ice, top with soda water and garnish with raspberries

1 squeezed Grapefruit
1 muddled strawberry

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and double strain into a tumbler over ice.
